About HI-FI Indy

Heads Up:
Construction is underway in Fountain Square due to DPW’s storm drain replacement project. Surrounding street closures will impact travel and parking near the venue. We are providing regular updates for our guests on this page. Check back often as closures and routes will change often. Thanks for your patience.
Located inside the historic Murphy Arts Center in the heart of Fountain Square, HI-FI is recognized as one of Indy’s premier live music venues. Known for spotlighting rising artists and delivering an elevated guest experience, HI-FI solidified Indianapolis as a must-play city for emerging talent.
Highly acclaimed by both fans and artists, HI-FI is celebrated for its exceptional acoustics, earning its reputation as one of the best-sounding venues in the Midwest.
In 2024, HI-FI proudly celebrates 10 years of live music. Curious about the shows you’ve missed? Explore our comprehensive listing of every performance from our first decade.
Getting Around the Venue
Frequently Asked Questions About HI-FI
To ensure a smooth entry to our shows, please purchase tickets only from our authorized ticketing partner, Tixr. As we recently transitioned from See Tickets to Tixr, there are some current shows with tickets available on both platforms, and we will honor valid tickets from either. Please note the emphasis on valid tickets, as we will not accept counterfeit or unauthorized tickets.
Beware of Third-Party Sellers
We strongly caution against buying tickets from third-party sources like Craigslist, Facebook, StubHub, Vivid Seats, or individual sellers. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify ticket validity, and we cannot guarantee entry with tickets purchased outside of authorized channels. If counterfeit tickets are presented at the gate, our only option is to deny entry—a difficult decision, but necessary to maintain the integrity of our events.
Social Media Scams
We also recommend avoiding social media posts or comments from individuals claiming to have “2 extra tickets and can’t go.” Many scams involve reselling the same ticket to multiple buyers. If you have any concerns about ticket legitimacy, please reach out to our Box Office for guidance.
Children are welcome during HI-FI shows regardless of age, but due to space limitations, all guests coming to HI-FI shows will need to purchase a ticket.

The photo policy is determined by the artist and may vary each night. Generally, HI-FI does not permit professional photography unless pre-approved by the band. For approved photographers, photos are allowed during the first three songs only, with no flash permitted. Please note that the artist, not the venue, controls the photo policy for each show.
To request pre-approval for media credentials, please contact marketing@hifiindy.com at least 48 hours prior to the event.
If a show is postponed, ticket holders will be notified via email, and no action is required if you wish to keep your tickets. HI-FI will work to reschedule the show and will provide updates as soon as they are available. If you are unable to attend the new date, refunds will be offered at the original point of purchase for 30 days after the rescheduled date. If you purchased tickets with cash at the box office, please contact our Box Office for instructions on processing your refund.
In the event of a cancelled show, tickets purchased online will be automatically refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. No action is required unless you 1.) paid cash at our box office, 2.) have a new or different card than the one originally used, or 3.) do not see the refund after 5 business days. For assistance in these cases, please reach out to our Box Office.

Construction & Parking Update
Due to road closures and construction from DPW’s storm drain work, we’ve had to make some significant updates in our world.
We realize this may cause challenges when arriving at our venue. Please refer to our Construction Updates page for more information including where to park and which roads will be closed. We highly recommend arriving a little early for the show as many of the streets around the venue will be closed to through traffic.
We appreciate your patience as we navigate the challenges together.
